"After our front loading Whirlpool Duet washing machine stopped mid cycle on Saturday night I knew we had an issue. Our machine wasn't draining water at all causing the machine to stop and show an error code. I called Phil of Doyle's Appliance Repair on Sunday morning. He returned my phone call quickly and we made an appointment for him to come see what was going on for Tuesday morning. Phil showed up promptly at 8:00 am and quickly got his tools and got down to business. After 15-20 minutes Phil had assessed the issue and found the issue to be a small piece of torn fabric that was wrapped around the drain pump impeller. <br /> He was able to remove the debris from the pump gently so no other damage was incurred. He ran a test cycle and we were all set! No need to replace the pump or remove any parts. Phil was great! He's knowledgable, professional, courteous and seems like an all around good guy. I would definitely call Phil and Doyle's Appliance Repair again. <br /> <br />"

"Refreshing to find a knowledgeable, professional, capable technician who told me that the ice maker issue on my refrigerator was a manufacturing design issue and that I should contact Samsung about it as there are many claims for this issue and class action cases for this. Andrew's honesty saved me several hundred dollars for an issue that was corrected and paid for by Samsung. Andrew finished the repairs on the dryer and it was finally working after waiting 6 weeks plus for the other service provided by A&E Service to return to complete the remaining dryer repairs. Even when they came out to diagnosis the refrigerator, the technician claimed he was not allowed to complete the repair on the dryer. Discovered that this was a false statement. Have given out Andrews name and some business cards as great technicians are extremely scarce in this location. Andrew responded to call within an hour and came out within a day. Great quality and service!"
