When he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and while he was working, he didn't just service the machine and replace the parts, but he showed me what the problems were as we went, pointing out a few minor things that I could do on my own in the future to help with the dryer's longevity. Got the work done very effectively and the cost was extremely reasonable. I will definitely be keeping Doug in mind the next time I have an appliance that needs servicing!"

I told the person when he arrived and he said he'd verify leak location before leaving. After that, I offered to write him the check for the service call and he actually waived the charge!! He said since it only took 15 seconds to verify it was not the appliance, I didn't need to pay. Wow!!
