"Anthony from All About Appliance Repair came out the day after I called. He was on time and even sent me a text message before he arrived. Unfortunately, my "broken" dishwasher wouldn't do what it was doing for me previously, so Anthony patiently waited for the dishwasher to run through a cycle and make sure all was working properly. I paid the $50 trip fee which was fair and if I have trouble in the future, they will apply that to my repair charges. I would definitely have them out again!"

I told the person when he arrived and he said he'd verify leak location before leaving. After that, I offered to write him the check for the service call and he actually waived the charge!!
