"We hired Brant and his team at Baker Building Services for a "small" kitchen remodel. What we loved was that from the first time he visited our house, Brant listened to what we wanted and also looked around our kitchen and provided his input on what he thought we could do to enhance our original suggestion/plan. While the remodel was bigger and more expensive than what we had original planned, we are incredibly happy with the final result. Brant and his team (Dawson, John, Albert, etc) transformed our kitchen in about a month. They listened to what we wanted, they provided their input when we asked for it and they gave us time to make our decisions and ensured that all of our questions were answered along the way. They took their work seriously and ensured it met our expectations for high quality. It was a true pleasure to have them in our home. We are so thankful that we found Brant and Baker Building Services and we plan to hire them for additional projects in the future. "

Juan was instrumental in developing the overall design concept, as well as brainstorming ideas for how to implement some of the custom details that we wanted (including a drink table for our hot tub!). He offered various design schemes for the deck boards, railing and stairs, as well, presenting options for upgraded looks and function while never pushing for pricier items (he even steered us away from the highest end composite panels because he didn't believe that we would benefit enough from it). Ricky and the construction team were friendly, always on time and created an extremely sturdy and attractive deck that was just as cool - or better - than Juan described during the design. Overall, GreenHouse delivered on their promises, finishing in even less time than they estimated and at the agreed budget price with no change orders or markups along the way. I highly recommend them and would happily hire them again!"

"Worst contractor experience I have ever had. We contracted on March 10. The project was complete mid September. Lied about the situation before we had to threaten contacting the Colorado AGs office. They also tried to shake us down for final payment before the job was complete."

"Whatever you do -- do NOT hire this company! I gave S&R Eagle Services a 50% deposit to tear out and replace a small deck on my townhome'24. They promised the work would be a simple 2-day job for them and they promised it would be done by the end of the summer. Unfortunately, all I received from them after that was lies and broken promises. After getting the BBB involved, the owner Sara Luevano still will not return my deposit and want to charge ME a 20% "cancellation" fee for never building my deck! In addition, the materials my HOA had approved last year were discontinued and are now no longer available. They made up lies with the BBB trying to make up excuses for dropping the ball on replacing my deck. Then they wanted me to wait around several more months this year for them to get around to getting their contractor's license in El Paso County for several months -- since they hadn't renewed it! By then, it was obvious the owners are liars, dishonest and not reliable. NO THANKS! "

"Decks of Distinction (Matt and Isaac) did a great job building a covered deck for us. I had several quotes, but their approach, commitment and follow up in the process lead to finalizing a contract. With the build, the process was seamless with quick responses. Matt and Isaac worked with the city to get the approved permit and scheduling all inspections. I was impressed with the great follow up during the build. Their staff was professional (Josh and Arthur), worked clean and were diligent in addressing any questions I had. They stayed on track despite the January weather. Overall, very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of this team. Their customer service and the quality of work was great compared to other contractors I've used, the reason I would strongly recommend them. Josh S."
