"I hired Atrium Concepts to remodel two bathrooms. In my contract, it specified that they would be responsible for all labor and materials. Regrettably after the demolition of the existing bathrooms, I was told that I was responsible for all the materials and that their contract was taken from a template so that part didn't apply. Also, one of the owners began to request my payments be in cash rather than by check. The final cost was more than double from the original contract. Sergio insisted that was because of changes I made after the onset. However, not all of those changes were due to me. For example, additional wiring was needed which was something that should have been considered in the quote. Also, two very expensive exhaust/heat fixtures that were recommended did not fit the openings. I could go on and on. Both remodels would not have been completed except for their worker, Daniel, who did his best to ensure the bathrooms were done to my liking. This company has no integrity."
