"Took me a long time to find somebody with the willingness and skill to repair the side of my house due to the small space between houses. Home genius exteriors performed an amazing job and I am grateful. Devan then even help walk me thru the financing to help ease the process and simplify things"

"I used their landscaping and their handyman services.I am very pleased with both and continue using them year over year. I use them to trim my bushes, spring and fall cleanups and plant ornamental plants when required and to do the edging and mulch replacement. Their attention to detail is excellent and their prices are very affordable. For home repairs I used them for a soffit replacement, installation of a garden light pole, replacement of damaged siding and gutter repairs, all done above professional level. All in all I no longer use anyone else."

"Lance and his team at Real Deal Remodeling are an A+ team. I’ve used them for numerous home repairs like repairing structural issues on my 100+ year old home to fixing plumbing issues that other companies said were not repairable without major demo work. Lance does his best to give you an accurate quote and stick to it as closely as possible. They are not the cheapest in town but they are fair and upfront with everything they finds."

"They were meticulous in repairing and also tackled a few problems apart from the trim work. Hard workers and delightful to work with!"

"We initially thought that there was a leak in the line for which a quote was provided. Once the line was uncovered to repair the leak it was discovered that the entire line (lead pipe which had been installed when the house was built in 1967) was corroded and would probably continue to spring leaks even after the first was repaired. The contractor recommended that the entire line be replaced although he was more than willing to repair only the leak for the initial estimate of $195. I agreed with his recommendation.
The repair was expected to take several days so the contractor ran a temporary supply line to the house so that we would not be without water.
We were totally satisfied with the work that was completed and that the employees were professional and courteous.

"These guys were great!! We had a delivery of a massive new front, all in one piece, very heavy. They handled it of total care and stored it in our garage with all the very long trim pieces for installation next day. Kind of an unusual item to deliver so was concerned about the glass, scratching, damage. Again, 5-star handling and very pleased!!"
