"They initially ignored an outlet we thought may be responsible for the outage because it was still getting power. Very thorough with the check of other outlets/switches and even replaced a few. Finally returned to the initial outlet of concern and that fixed the problem. Would not move any furniture to get to outlets, which we understood, so we did the moving.
