"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"I did not use them for this project. I had a couple of issues going on related to this job and I did not like the solutions their estimator suggested. I think their price was good but the other company I used offered a better solution. They did a good job of presenting the bid; their estimator got back to me and sent emailed pictures of what they suggested. I had requested referrals and he did all that. "Excellent!! A couple months after moving into our house, we discovered that we had a leaky roof. After calling several roofers with no response, my husband called King's Child Construction. Casey the owner answered - said he'd come out later in the day. As good as his word, he came over that night, made a recommendation on a solution, and gave us an estimate. He was back the next morning and within a couple hours or so he had our roof fixed - total was pretty much in line with his estimate. Casey is a general handyman, and we've been so impressed with his work and his attitude that we've already talked to him about doing some landscaping and repair the water damage in a month or so. And next year, we'll have him rejuvenate our wood deck. He is a really hard-working young man, and it is obvious that he takes great pride in his work. We would highly recommend him"
