Get matched with top tankless water heater repair pros in Erwin, TN

"Josh and his helper did a great job plumbing in our new construction home, including putting in a whole home water purification system, and a 400 gallon holding tank since we live on a high ridge. Love how our house has turned out and they are hard workers!"

"Karl was great! Our water heater went out and he came the next day to install a new one, even though he was going out of the country on vacation that afternoon. Very nice guy and a true professional! Will definitely use him again. Highly recommend."

"After having Bobby come to check out our leaking water heater, he went over options to replace, options to upgrade and how each of those could be accomplished and at what price. We had a 50 gal electric heater and my wife and I decided to replace what we had, plus add another 50 gal tank for back up. This was accomplished knowledgably and quickly, using the existing pipes, plus adding connecting pipes to the extra heater. Expansion tanks were provided for both water heaters, which is a (relatively) new requirement. Great work, quick and professional."

"Doug was great. He arrived first thing Monday morning, removed the old water heater and had the new tankless system installed and ready to go by early afternoon. I appreciated the information he provided and how easy he was to work with. He did a quality job and I would not hesitate to contact him again for other people plumbing needs."

"We hired them to remove a jetted tub. The removed the tub for us and did excellent work. They fixed our water heater issues while they were here as well. The cleaned up once finished. Very impressive. We will 100% be using them again for work. We have already referred them to others. Couldn?t ask for better! Timely, responsive."

"Overly expensive charges for replacing our water heater and water pressure regulator. Two weeks after installation my basement was flooded again and the water heater installed was the cause. When called out to fix the problem the tech flooded my basement again on the repair. The installer and assistant were nice people and he was the plumber who came to repair it. The owner is a good guy whom I had used once prior on a small job and I really liked him. I was not pleased with his demeanor this time on the first installation or the text showing him pictures of the rupture. I would not have written this if I didn?t know the cost to him of the replacement water heater compared to what we paid. It was WAY over on the labor which much of was waiting for parts not on their truck. That?s not the customer?s fault."

"Daniel was very prompt, courteous and professional. He worked with me to come up with a plan to minimize having the drain line interfere with my basement storage area. Both drain lines and water lines were pressure tested and required no additional work after install. Was very pleased and would recommend Plumb EZ to anyone needing plumbing work!"

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"Service guy came as scheduled. Sent his "service" requirements to home base Home base calls back and lists, a very long list of what needs to be done and a very long list of what is not covered and what each item costs. The overall cost was outrageous and they weren't willing to give it to me in writing. Everything I had to pay for was overpriced, of course! They told me my other option would be to purchase my own water heater and they would reimburse me for what there water heater would cost, but no reimbursement for Labor, building permit, or any upgrades required by the local building department. The requirements of the building department were minimal. I went to Home Depot and had them do the installation and saved many hundreds of dollars. Lesson learned, have AHS do simpler repairs that don't require municipal building department approval. Have AHS pay for the equipment, and purchase installation from a trusted local installer."
