"There was just miscommunication in the beginning. I called to confirm my appointment as the technician was now late. They didnâ t have me down for that day or any record of my call. I then had to wait for parts to be ordered after diagnosing the broken freezer. I didnâ t know if he was going to order it. He said to call the office and tell them to order it which seemed weird. Then I couldnâ t pull out the refrigerator to unplug it myself in order to let it sit for 24 hours defrosting once the parts were in.. I was told on the phone that I had a circuit to the fridge that I could turn off. He had never seen my outdated box. Finally had it repaired which was quick at that point. He showed me photos of some work on the furnaces that may need to be done, which I will discuss with my husband. I specifically asked for his card so I can put this company (and him) in my own service directory in the event we need furnace or AC repairs in the future. Also he was very knowledgeable and took great care with his ladder not to bump the walls, which I appreciated. He also put a drop cloth down in the laundry room so as not to cause a mess when he entered the attic. An excellent job by a very trustworthy young man, was my sense of his character. You would not hesitate to allow him access into your home."
