"I first called Jamie on a Friday with a problem with a cracked portion of the cast iron drain pipe.  Jamie spoke with my tenant that night and arranged a time to come out to the house Saturday morning.  I thought Jamie would just be looking at the project to get an idea, but he called me once he arrived and said he knew where he needed to get started and verified that I was okay with him getting to work.  I was pleasantly surprised.  Jamie sensed my urgency and got to work, at this point I do not  think he had my billing address or last name yet.  I really felt like he was on my team, and he was working in my best interest. <br /> After finishing the project he politely asked the tenants a few questions about their plumbing.  Based on their response, he discovered an additional problem with the connection of the main stack to the clay tile.  Under a heavy load it would seep back into the basement where the connection was failing He tested it by draining washing machine at same time as shower was running).  Jamie checked with me first but let me know it was a problem.  I asked how soon he could take care of it.  Jamie got on it right away and worked the two days before Christmas.  Horrible time to ask someone to fix your sewer lines, but like I mentioned earlier, Jamie looked at it from my perspective and knew it had to get done as soon as possible. <br /> I was in the area and stopped by to see the work.  Jamie patched the concrete and cleaned the basement floor, with bleach/water.  There was no dirt or plumbing mess on site. <br /> I called Jamie back and had him fix two stems (shower valves) that were stripped, leaking, and initially set wrong.  Again, took care of it in quick fashion. <br /> Jamie was also very responsive to text messages.  I appreciated that because I could just text him a question and ask him to call me back when he was free, which he always did.  This was better for me because I knew I wasn't calling him when he had his hands full. <br /> I will call Jamie first when I have plumbing issues. <br />"

They discussed options and even reoriented the new heater so that it was easier to access if the pilot light goes out."

"First of all, this was a job that was partially paid for by the city of Superior, and the part that I was responsible for was to be about $1200.00.  They were to come in and put in a sump pump and new back flow valve into my sewer system. the also had to install a waste water line for my washer(this was the part I had to pay for). They did show up on the day they were supposed to and the guys the sent over were people I knew. the guys were great to talk to and worked very hard.  it did take them 2 days longer to do than they originally planned on, but some very cold weather forced them to help other people with frozen pipes.  I did not have any problems with using my sewer while they were gone, but did have to deal with a torn up basement for 2 days longer than I wanted too. <br /> They came back and finished up the job, poured concrete and cleaned up the mess they had made and made sure the sump pump was working as it should.  they showed me what they had done when they were done and told me what I needed to know. <br /> they only charged me $550.00 dollars for the work they did, which was awesome for me. <br /> I would recommend them for a job like this anytime. <br />"
