The installation was during a flood warning with lots of rain. The guys placed floor covers to protect the home floors (there arenâ t any tracks of mud anywhere)! Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"very nice and fast response came out the very next morning to take care of the job got a phone call stating I would need to spend $125 more than expected but I kinda figured that's what would happen they did work with me giving me other options to replace the part that needed replacing and then ultimately reducing the price taking off 25 dollars making it 100 dollars more than I expected. their prices were in line with other companies but their service stood out the most to me thank you troy for all your help you are my plumber now. your service far exceeded my expectations."
