Based on the warranty and service provided I felt comfortable giving them my business. Roof installers came as expected and did an outstanding job. "The estimate scheduling went very well. On time, friendly, and took the time to explain the work that needed to be done. I was given an estimate via email, and told to respond via email if I wanted to move forward with the estimate. So I did so, and then....nothing. For about a week, no response. It took me calling and asking about the estimate status for them to schedule the repair. They performed the work shortly after. I'm not a roofing expert so I can't comment on the craftsmanship, but it looks very fixed to me. I also didn't take the time to shop estimates around so I can't comment on the price. I might use them again, but I would definitely shop around if I had a larger project. Something to note is that they charge a fee for credit cards."
