The end result is a day and night difference before and after the work and my BGE bill last month went down by more than $100 which is a huge cost saver. "Initial rep was great and informative. Felt comfortable with initial sale. Hardly had any contact from customer service except for the payments. There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"

"This company has charged me over 4000 dollars in Maintenance charges which I paid I have all my Receipts stating I don’t owe them anything they charge me 200 dollars for a celling leak which they came out to look at it didn’t fix the issue they also charged me 900 dollars to put carpet down in my front room not the whole house 900 dollars is Ridiculous I have reached out to them Several times dispute these charges by emails letters phone calls keep getting the manger chade lane will give me a call I waited months so I took matters into my owe hands I reach out to the Better business bureau Maryland legal aide the attorney General they all wrote letters emails on my behalf asking for Documentation for the balance dunne Wright saying I owe which they couldn’t Produce if I owe the balance what’s hard about sending over paperwork this company is very shady I don’t understand how they are still in business if you google this company you will see they had a class action law suite against them in 2016 for doing the same thing they doing to me to other tenants"
