They had tons of different options and styles in stock to choose from so there is something for everyonesâ preferences. They were extremely time efficient in having someone come out for measurements and scheduling install. The install was extremely fast and extremely professional. The team worked quickly and the finished product looks absolutely amazing. They were great with all education for maintaining the stone once it was installed and were great in checking in with me to make sure everything was up to my expectations. "AGS was fantastic to work with, from Todd, the salesperson who came to my house, all the way to Luke who delivered a sink grid to replace the incorrect one I originally received. I had contacts with so many of the employees of AGS (Baris, Oscar, Baran, Tiffany, and more whose names I don’t remember) and each one was thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Their customer service is top-notch. I had a few minor glitches that were attended to immediately (e.g., the sink grid). I went to the showroom so I could actually pick out my granite stone. It was not a close ride but definitely worth it. The office staff and even the employees in the back with the stones could not have been more helpful. The "showroom" is really nice with lots of granite and quartz to choose from. I LOVE my new countertops, sinks, and faucet. I will definitely be recommending AGS to any of my friends who are in the market for new countertops."

"I researched various types of kitchen countertops for a while, and chose quartz instead of granite because the prices were comparable, the color pattern was more consistent with quartz (without picking out a particular slab of granite), and I did not have to consider future resealing as a possibility. I also considered several different vendors and received estimates. Then I entered my request online with Origins Granite, which was recommended by others on Angie's List, and immediately received a call from them. They sent a representative to my home that brought various samples. I decided to use them because the price they quoted me was all-inclusive and better than previous estimates, including all the plumbing work, new sink and edge cuts that cost extra with other vendors. The only thing that I had to purchase separately was the faucet; they used the model number to fabricate the holes needed in the countertop. About one week after signing the contract, they called to say my color choice had become unavailable. They presented three other choices but recommended one of the three as the closest to my original choice. I agreed and immediately realized from my previous research that it was from a more expensive manufacturer. They assured me that my original price quote would not change. They took care of everything: measurements were taken and installation was completed on the date I originally requested. I am very happy with the outcome; it is a great match for my kitchen. All of the people I dealt with at the office and in my home were very accommodating, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this company to others.

"I was extremely pleased with my experience with Baltimore's Best Tub Refinishing. The two gentlemen who performed the service were stellar -- hard-working and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent with the company owner to set up the appointment and get guidance on preparation for the process. They were quick to respond and I got an appointment (weekdays only) within a week of my call. The team was a bit late when they came for the appointment, but I contacted the owner that morning, and he promptly contacted the team to ensure they were on their way.
Now, afterward the process, a 90-year-old tub looks brand new. I'm thrilled with the results.
The only thing I wish I knew in advance (not the company's fault -- I didn't even find this info while researching the refinishing process) is that one should not use bath salts if refinishing has taken place, as it can harm the finish of the tub. 
Great job by these folks. If I had another tub in the house, I'd most certainly call BBTR.

And ordering was simplified by the fact that they had a fairly complete package price, which unexpectedly included side splashes in addition to the backsplash. They were even up to the challenges of removing the old countertops and dealing with a frozen shut-off valve. The new St. Cecilia granite tops coordinate well with the existing colors in both bathrooms. Jeffress has a high quality product and we would definitely use their company again.
