"Technician came and diagnosed the issues and stated he would need to open up the roof. Came back another day and discovered that the problem would not require opening the ceiling. Ran to home depot to get some supplies and came back and had lights in my 2nd, 3rd floor bathrooms, and hallway working again within a hour.
