"In late fall, I noticed that a piece of a stone wall abutting my driveway had broken off and was drifting into the driveway. Concerned that the wall would fall into the driveway, I contacted Quinn Brothers Masonry. They came out within two days, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. The work involved taking down both walls, knocking off old mortar on the stones, and removing ivy. After the walls were taken down, protective covering was placed on the exposed dirt, and drainage pipes and gravel were installed. They then rebuilt the walls, using the original stones. While rebuilding the walls, Patrick Quinn advised me that my stone house foundation had been compromised by paint and old mortar. I authorized additional work to restore the foundation. The paint on the stone foundation was removed and the old mortar was taken out. Then, the entire foundation had new mortar installed. I am extremely pleased with the results and will definitely hire them again."

"Denis and his guys did an awesome job.  The basement walls were a mess.  The old mortar and parging was heavily deteriorated and needed significant repair.  They scraped away all loose mortar and cement and resurfaced all masonry walls in the basement, applied bonding agent, parged walls and sponge finish.  They were punctual, hardworking and professional. We are very happy with the finished product. A huge improvement!

"Frank and his team did a fabulous job! From start to finish Frank was helpful and informative. His experience in the concrete business was a plus. The job was a major overhaul and the finished product adds both beauty and value to our property. D&D removed an exsisting brick sidewalk, bushes, grass and iron fencing. They prepared the site and poured on two separate days to allow full access for our tenants to the building. Frank made sure the area was safely barricades while the cement cured. "Asked for plan and time to completion for the work. What I received was the bums rush and no plan. Since I didn't just fall of the turnip truck, I declined any further contact. Maybe it was just a bad day for them and they may perform nice work. I based my decision on initial contact and interaction.

Price was very reasonable in my opinion.  Another Angie's List vendor quoted nearly twice the cost of CMP.

"Stephen was fairly easy to reach and responsive by phone and email. They arrived at 9:45a even though they had wanted to schedule for 7:30a and we agreed on 8:00am. I was their first job of the day. His workmen replaced the crown cement but did no repair to the rim of the crown until I inspected the work from the roof and sent him a picture. We agreed it was a misunderstanding. Separately I specified repairs to the cracked stucco near the ground., Stephen explained that we could have him attempt to paint over the cement but it would likely not match. I gave him the go ahead. He was correct that the match was bad. See image. I was able to fix it myself by buying the closest masonry paint at H Depot with a little extra color and black for tweeking, given on the side in small containers I brought. See other image"
