"David and Jason were absolutely fantastic. The were very knowledgeable and very responsive and thorough. Communication was excellent. Everything was done correctly and they corrected prior work that others had done which was not done appropriately. They were punctual and completed all their task promptly. They completely cleaned everything up including all the smelly dirty water that came from a pipe that had not been connected appropriately that they fixed. Their rates were very reasonable. While they were here they even looked at other issues and fixed them without charging us anything additional. When a part installed failed resulting in intermittent leaking, David responded quickly and made repeated visits (each time the leaking started) until he could find the culprit. Once found, he quickly fixed it without charging any additional fees for the additional trips and time. When installing the wall mounted sink and toilet, he carefully measured everything and ensured the placement was up to code and would pass inspection. In fact, he insures that everything was up to code and redid some existing plumbing that did not meet code so that it would if inspected in the future. He also found a leak we did not know about which he also fixed and verified that it would not leak into the floors and walls anymore. When installing parts he was not familiar with he spent the time to carefully read the instructions to ensure that they too were installed correctly. Months later, we still have had no issue with any of their work and only have the best things to say about them. Beyond everything else previously stated, they were both just a pleasure to work with. We would most definitely hire them again for any future plumbing work before we would even consider hiring anyone else. I would have given them twice as many stars if that was possible."

He answered my detailed questions ahead of time and did not try to upsell me. While he worked, he did not mind that I hung around and asked even more questions, mostly, I think, because he knows what he is doing and is confident in that. Finally, when it became apparent that video scoping of the drain would not be necessary and when he discovered that one of the 6 drains had been plugged with concrete, so no cleaning was necessary, he knocked a substantial amount off the final bill. All in all, very competent and good work."
