"Daryl was early, but had called to see if it was OK to come over before the scheduled time. He immediately got to work. A few hours later he had completed the job (all tiles are now white) and he very carefully explained when we would be able to use the bath again - how long the curing process takes - and left detailed instructions on care/questions. He also left zero mess!
Almost 3 months later, I was cleaning the bath and found two small spots that were not fully white. Seriously, they were so small that they only way I saw them was on my hands and knees cleaning the corners. But - once found - they loomed large in my mind. I called Eastern. They set up a follow-up appointment. Daryl came back out and corrected the issue and all is well.
I had decided on Eastern based on a friend's recommendation and am heartily glad that I did so. I found them to be professional, responsible and their work to be superb.

"This is the second time we've hired John. He's responsive, punctual and very easy to work with. He cleans the work area daily and his work is impeccable. Before installation of the brick, he had to remove a Corian backsplash. This was his first brick backsplash and we couldn't be happier. In terms of cost, I couldn't tell you if he's high, low or average because he's' the only person I called. Also, the first time we hired him, about 4 years ago, he installed a porcelain tile floor which garners compliments all the time."

"The job went extremely well. Hector came out on Sunday to give me an estimate and was able to do the job a few days later. He installed and painted a new door in the bathroom. I am really pleased with the results. Hector cleaned up all the debris and removed the old door from the premises. "The new ballast was installed, but it took a couple trips to get the parts right. Was going to put timers on the front lights, but after a few trips with the wrong parts again, calls unanswered and cancelled appts, decided not to go forward with the job. No invoice at first for the new ballast installed, but did get one eventually when I asked for one - however, I asked for a breakdown by labor and parts - but just got a lump charge. Also, wouldn't take the Angie's list coupon - said because I got such a good deal. Overall, was disappointing."
