I was able to get an appointment for a Monday morning service call (other companies I called were already booked through Tuesday because of the heat). Austin and Cole (new guy in training) were great--courteous, identified the problem immediately, replaced a blown capacitor, and were done in under an hour. What a relief! I would recommend them to anyone."

Wolcott also broke a panel of sidewalk with their excavation equipment - visible track marks and damage - and the GM refused to pay for it. We ended up hiring Reynolds Sewers to install a completely new sewer line for only $6,200 from scratch.
