"I'm in the process of a divorce and selling my home. It turned out the roof had to be replaced in order for homeowners insurance to provide coverage. I was not in a position to pay for this out of pocket. This company was willing to work with me to get the work done, even allowing me to make the deposit in payments and went out of their way to get it done quickly. When they started the work, they discovered a lot of the plywood sheets were rotten and there was no framing support around one corner of the roof. They had to reframe the whole section. The owner himself is a very kind man and is teaching his son the business so I got to meet him as well. I had estimates from two other companies that were several thousand dollars more than what the total cost ended up being with Romvil A1 Roofing & Remodeling LLC. I will forever be grateful to Eric, Maggie and the whole team for helping me out. I know who I will call if I need this kind of work in the future."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"To much to list. Very very horrible experience. My property was a wreck, left tools and materials every nig in yard. Did not fulfill contract. Shady things going on. He never went on roof each day. Never did work as contract stated. Never gave 50 year warranty as stated. Said he was registered with manufacture and he's not. He was registered with his other company but went out of business. He then opened up this company and criss crossed his old company with this company. I didn't know anything was wrong until I started digging and found this. He even has his old company name on my contract with his new company name. The work was horrible, the experience was horrible. He continues to text me and threaten me financially. He tries to bully me. He refers to me as buddy instead as my name. I have all the information. I offered to him to just leave when done and he could keep the 50% i paid him. I wasn't paying another dime. I don't trust him and nor should you. cigarettes thrown in yard"
