"Giron Roofing: We just had a new roof put on (1/7/2021) by Giron Roofing and they did an excellent job! They sent a whole team of roofers out and stripped off two layers of old roof, inspected and replaced plywood as needed, covered it with waterproof membrane, and installed 40 year Malarkey Roofing products that are designed to withstand the wind. We opted for extra nailing and the 130 mph wind warranty. They did this all in one day and did finishing touches and final inspection (extra sealing around all new vents) in a couple hours on the second day!! All this and they had the best price of the 3 companies we got estimates from! We were nervous going into getting this done but I have to say we are so relieved that we went with Giron Roofing!!! "I have used NW Shine 3 times and both times have gone well. My roof had a lot of moss on it. The first time they had to clean moss off the roof of my house and treat it. The second and third times they treated the roof and cleaned the gutters. The third time they switched to a new treatment solution that lasts two years, so it will be nice having to wait a little longer between treatments. Since they cleaned and treated my roof, I have not had any moss on it. Overall, I think their price is good and they are able to respond pretty quickly to service requests. This last time they were able to come out within a few days. I also like that they will send me annual service reminders."
