"Three months ago my father, who thru fifty years of marriage and home ownership had dealt with repairs himself or been the one to do the hiring if a contractor was needed, was diagnosed with dementia. He had to be abruptly placed into a care facility. My mother was emotional and overwhelmed to say the least. Walking through the house, I could see how his health had indeed been slipping: home repairs were started but not finished, areas of upkeep and home maintenance he always stayed on top of in the past had been left to fall into disarray. One of these unfinished repairs was the laundry room washtub. My mother said it had a backed up drain. I could see the piping beneath it was in pieces and that my father had started but never finished repairing it. I found Pacific Crest Plumbing and was immediately impressed. The woman I spoke to on the phone said the owner Nick liked to speak with the customers himself. He would be in touch with me about my project and scheduling. Sure enough, Nick called me back within a few minutes. He could not have been nicer and more understanding of the situation. He asked that I take a few clear pictures, then send them to him so he could provide an estimate over the phone rather than having to charge me to drive out to the house and do a diagnosis. After looking through the pictures, Nick told me exactly what he would recommend doing to repair the tub. He provided written estimates that included both snaking the drain, and not snaking the drain, since I told him I was unsure if my father had done that part of the project yet already. He was able to get us schedule the very next day. I cannot say enough nice things about Nick or Pacific Crest Plumbing."

"This is the second time I hired them since they did a good job the first time when I had my deck replaced with pavers. The problem I have with them is that the workers do not know how to plant plants. several of the of plants died. I had to replant at least 5 plants. When I was replanting (one blew out of its hole on a windy day) I found that they only dug the holes just big enough for the plant to fit then plopped the plant in. They were very sickly looking until I replanted. Also, a friend of mine just recently used them to re-do pavers, she had her dogs come in stinking of poo. She then found a spot behind her shed where one of the workers pooped and left their wipes right there. They could have at least buried it or put it in a bag to put in the garbage. Needless to say it ended up being a job of cleaning 3 dogs and the mess itself."

"Micah stopped by and I had a pretty tight budget and he told me exactly what he could do for me. I was happy with our arrangement going in but what came after he was done was beyond words. It turned out better than I could have ever imagined. The crew he sent out were what any landscaper would hope to have as a crew. "Brett volunteered his time to help our kids'  school.  Anyway, he came over to look at our property and instantly had some great ideas, thoughts and suggestions.  He is extremely nice, friendly, and down-to-earth.  He listened to our thoughts, spent time canvasing and mapping the property, and then thoughtfully processed them into a design that he thought might work for us, inviting us to his office to look and possibly change some of the design if we wanted.  We were highly impressed with his responsiveness, his desire to make a design that we liked, his genuine nature, his easy-to-work-with-attitude, and his overall professionalism.  We're kicking ourselves that we didn't find him sooner when we had another landscape project that we hired out,  but if we decide we need help with our landscaping project in the end, he'll be the one we call. Spencer was very prompt meeting with us and delivered a quote the next business day. We knew aster discussing our needs his company would be the right fit. Our project consisted of a complete demolition of existing concrete patio, removal of grass and regrading the area to accommodate a new drainage channel. Our new patio is over 1400 square feet that is colored and stamped. It is exactly what we were looking for maybe even better than our expectations! "I was extremely pleased with MP Plumbing.  Called to set an appointment to get a garbage disposal working again.  Front office answered promptly and we had an appointment set.  Repairman arrived on time and got right to work.  Not only fixed the garbage disposal, but unclogged my bathroom sink and shower drains by showing me some easy tricks.  It was quick, easy, and educational.  I would definitely use them again.

"Jason continues to be there for us to make our outdoor areas exceptional! We started to have some drainage problems with the recent heavy rains, and Jason was there for us immediately to make the pond go away! We are always impressed with his work and knowledge about how to get to our goals. We are very excited to work with him on completing our outdoor patio this year.
