"Three months ago my father, who thru fifty years of marriage and home ownership had dealt with repairs himself or been the one to do the hiring if a contractor was needed, was diagnosed with dementia. He had to be abruptly placed into a care facility. My mother was emotional and overwhelmed to say the least. Walking through the house, I could see how his health had indeed been slipping: home repairs were started but not finished, areas of upkeep and home maintenance he always stayed on top of in the past had been left to fall into disarray. One of these unfinished repairs was the laundry room washtub. My mother said it had a backed up drain. I could see the piping beneath it was in pieces and that my father had started but never finished repairing it. I found Pacific Crest Plumbing and was immediately impressed. The woman I spoke to on the phone said the owner Nick liked to speak with the customers himself. He would be in touch with me about my project and scheduling. Sure enough, Nick called me back within a few minutes. He could not have been nicer and more understanding of the situation. He asked that I take a few clear pictures, then send them to him so he could provide an estimate over the phone rather than having to charge me to drive out to the house and do a diagnosis. After looking through the pictures, Nick told me exactly what he would recommend doing to repair the tub. He provided written estimates that included both snaking the drain, and not snaking the drain, since I told him I was unsure if my father had done that part of the project yet already. He was able to get us schedule the very next day. I cannot say enough nice things about Nick or Pacific Crest Plumbing."

"Brian from Shannon Landscaping  came out and proposed a system of a French Drain for our yard to eliminate the lake in our yard from rain run off. The design was very thorough and exactly what we were looking for. The crew showed up exactly when they were suppose to and were able to finish in a day, they left everything very clean and back to it original condition. With all the Oregon rain this week it is working very well, I have no standing water any more. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

"We needed out front yard landscaped, but we were on a budget. The owner met with us and worked within our budget to create what is now a wonderful looking front yard. From the first phone call to completion of the project took about two weeks. They are professional, courteous and I would definitely work with them again, and recommend to friends."

Spencer was very prompt meeting with us and delivered a quote the next business day. We knew aster discussing our needs his company would be the right fit. Our project consisted of a complete demolition of existing concrete patio, removal of grass and regrading the area to accommodate a new drainage channel. Our new patio is over 1400 square feet that is colored and stamped. It is exactly what we were looking for maybe even better than our expectations! "They did a very good job, and they were careful not to damage siding or surrounding landscaping.   Cleaned up the work area each day, and upon completion left the area looking better than before the work started.   The best part -- no more leaking water in our basement.   I waited to write this review until we had been through a couple period of heavy rain.   Thanks Q!

"I was extremely pleased with MP Plumbing.  Called to set an appointment to get a garbage disposal working again.  Front office answered promptly and we had an appointment set.  Repairman arrived on time and got right to work.  Not only fixed the garbage disposal, but unclogged my bathroom sink and shower drains by showing me some easy tricks.  It was quick, easy, and educational.  I would definitely use them again.

"I purchased the deal earlier this spring - no sooner than I had hit the purchase button, I received an e-mail from Sandra (who works with the owner) to schedule an appointment to discuss what I was looking for.  Even though it was a rainy Friday, she showed up promptly, listened to my ideas, made some suggestions, and took pictures.  Jason (the owner) came back with Sandra a couple of weeks later and we reviewed and agreed upon the details.  Jason let me know that he was a couple of weeks out with a large project but indicated he would be able to finish the job by the end of June - which he did.  His crew finished the job in one day and it looked great!  He also made some recommendations for ground cover which I appreciated.  I have since referred him to two co-workers and he has completed a job for one - and they're happy too!  I've identified another project that I'd like to have done so will engage with Jason again.  Really appreciate his use of natural materials and plants!

"Larry and Glen did work for us - this was the third job. They installed a 40' block retaining wall to extend our back yard. Then they installed a patio and two walks. Once again they did a great job for a fair price. These guys are the greatest."
