It can be costly and even more so difficult to even find help because you have to have a means of not only getting out to the home on an island but getting the materials out there can be a battle. Jason and his workers took care of everything and even though we haven't physically been able to get over there ourselves, we have seen plenty of photos that they took and provided to us, but we have other's who are out there that relayed what a good job they did. I'm sure that when we do get out there that if there are any concerns, Epic Home Improvements LLC will take care of them. Mark"

Fixed several leaks in our existing tile roof after the hurricane removed and rebuilt a leaking chimney and corrected the problem is repainted sections of the house re-install decorative trim on existing garage doors and we moved some gutters they were creating leaking problems! We found LHS very easy to work with and did a great job for us and can highly recommend their work!"

"I was happy with the cost for bleaching my roof and painting my house but there were a couple of issues with the painting we were not happy with. The hurricane shutters were supposed to be closed and painted. instead, they were open when painted so now when they are closed they are half white half tan and they did not do a good job prepping the house for painting. The old paint at the bottom was not scraped off just painted over so it has big flakes in it. Luis called a couple of days later to see if we were pleased and I explained the problem and sent him pictures. He said he would send someone over to fix them. That was a month ago. My husband has said to forget it he will do it himself. It is a shame because we are trying to give small businesses work and we had 2 more projects to be done but will have to go with a large more reputable company."
