"She was amazing! Very knowledgeable she came out to do a deed cleaning on all my appliances because my refrigerator was give of weird taste to my food. Took everything apart cleaned it steamed cleaned all my vents out in my refrigerator. My light wasn’t working on my oven and replace something in my oven light working now and cleaned it out. My dryer was taking a long to dry my clothes she cleaned my vent that goes out my house put back vacuum all the lint out my dryer and working fine don’t have to dry my clothes three times now. "I was requesting an estimate to replace my main line from water meter to the house. They sent a tech out to do the estimate. The tech did not do any diagnostic work to figure out if I needed a new line or not. He measured the line length and said he'd give it to the office and have them send me a quote. He then charged me $94.30, That's $67.50 for a half hour of work, and $24.05 for miscellaneous supplies. On top of all that was a $2.75 charge for using a credit card, I wasn't given any other options to pay. What misc supplies are needed for a quote? Now over 2 weeks later I still haven't even received the quote I request, and was charged for. They definitely haven't done anything to win my business. I feel taken advatage of. Who charges for quotes?"
