"TNT used subcontractors who did a fine job but were not licensed in my city. Inspector put a stop work on the job. Took almost a week to resume work due to the city and lack of communication between TNT and the subcontractor. Yesterday's re-inspection says we need a handrail on the deck. I have texted TNT and not heard back yet. Tad is a bit slow to respond when things go wrong. He takes a day or two to text but doesn't often call back. I would like to hear back on the same day or at least by the next day. The salesman said it would be a 3 day job. So far it's been 2 weeks. I'm hoping they install the rail and get it inspected and finished this week. That will be 3 weeks."

With the build, the process was seamless with quick responses. Matt and Isaac worked with the city to get the approved permit and scheduling all inspections. I was impressed with the great follow up during the build. Their staff was professional (Josh and Arthur), worked clean and were diligent in addressing any questions I had. They stayed on track despite the January weather. Overall, very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of this team.
