We were not there (in Arizona) so all communication was via phone, text and email.. Walt and Jodi kept us apprised of every step from product selection to installation. We arrived after the install was complete and met with them where they described every detail of the job. I was a little skeptical at first with their prices being lower and the fact that the company is a little newer, but was very happy to learn that they have years of experience installing bathrooms together (and that experience definitely shows)! We had them replace a basement shower stall that was moldy and unusable. A lot more work went in than previously expected, but they stayed until the job was complete.
