Prizm Vinyl Corporation came up with a solution and was able to improvise. We took our unbroken parts to Prizm Vinyl Corporation and they found some matching parts from their inventory. They reassembled the unbroken fence parts into gates, and when the color did not match they were able to match the color by consulting a paint store that has paint that can be applied vinyl. Within hours we had all of the repaired parts reassembled in the same style and matching color. When it would have been easy not to service its customers, Prizm Vinyl Corporation went out of its way to help this customer remain satisfied."

"Andrew contacted me and came out to my house to take measurements of the property where the fences were to be installed. I needed chain link and vinyl. He took care of permits and materials. No down payment was required. He gave me an estimate and a contract. Yesterday they prepared the property and removed the old fencing. They installed the fence posts as well. Today they finished up the project and advised if there were any problems or questions to let them know. I couldn't be more pleased with the project. "We bought a deal for 2 hours of handyman service, for which we wanted the handyman to install an outdoor motion sensor light. The gentleman who came was prompt, professional, and did a good job. My only complaint was that the originally-scheduled appointment had to be rescheduled when the technician failed to show up, due to illness. While this is obviously unavoidable at times and unfortunate, the company could benefit from having a system in place to notify customers when an appointment needs to be reschedule, provide a replacement technician, or offer a discount on the services. Instead, we waited and eventually called to check on the appointment, only to be met with confusion and eventually a need to reschedule.
