Cowboy Appliance arrived and this very cordial guy in a big cowboy hat stepped into my small laundry room to try and find the gas leak. He discovered a faulty regulator, went and got a factory replacement, installed, vacuumed out all the years of accumulated lint and everything is working perfectly. He was very personable and I like supporting a young company. He’s very conscientious about his work and I would use his services again for repairs needed."

"We hired Young Remodeling to install a complex and custom pantry near the back door alcove of our kitchen.  We own an old home, so our kitchen is small.  The new pantry was/is designed to help add counter space to the main kitchen area by providing cabinet storage for a microwave oven, as well our toaster oven and coffee maker via a quartz counter top.  We also wanted to add additional storage via 4 custom cabinets.  Special pullouts were designed for storage containers in a lower cabinet, as well as a pullout bar beneath the microwave.  Young Remodeling did fantastic work on all facets of the job.  From recommending vendors, to providing design options, to ensuring quality in the cabinets, counter top, and tile, and of course the install - it was all top notch.  The end result is absolutely stunning. Of note, we would have given Young Remodeling high marks for the work in general, but they get exceptional points for problem solving. We had a severe challenge with one of our door options.  Working with my wife and I they were able to create a unique sliding door solution that actually performed better than the original design.  It looked amazing and didn't add any costs.  All in all, they are just fabulous to work with and their work product is of the highest standards.  We plan to continue to work with Young as we continue to remodel our plaza area home.

"Replacing two bath exhaust fans is a much bigger job than Mr. Handyman led me to believe. When I first talk to the owner on the phone he said most likely they would not need to go in the attic and if I already had the fans it would take 1 to 1.5 hours. I said they probably will need to go into the attic to get the old brace out. I did not think about installing a new brace but he had to. Anyway it took a little over 3 hours and some of that was somewhat impacted by two layers of sheet rock on the ceilings. It is possible that another style of fan could have been installed faster, but I bought two different brands so the installer could pick. He had no preference. Anyway the installer worked hard and fast, but it was a big job. Boy am I glad I did not try to install them myself. We now have very quiet fans but a mess to clean up in the bathrooms which I expected all along."
