"We purchased a 20x20 prefab shed with extra tall walls to covert into a guest house. I had an idea of what I wanted it to look like in my head. Don made it a reality! He also made a few suggestions on how the layout could be modified to give it a more spacious feel and a larger bathroom. Our guest house includes a loft that runs the length of the shed. At first we thought we would have to install a ladder to get into the â bedroomâ loft area but with Donâ s idea of installing a staircase in the middle we were able to have a storage area and â bedroomâ area that were separated but easily accessible. The staircase would also split the lower section which we now have room for a large walk-in closet on one side and the bathroom on the other. It is wonderful and super cozy without feeling cramped even a tiny bit! I highly recommend him to anyone that tells me they need any work (large or small). He is my â go-toâ person for anything."

So many bid as if money was no object and were a bit self-indulgent as to what they wanted to do rather than listening to what I was envisioning. That is exactly what they delivered and I love it. He even designed it a little differently than the original where I now have two waterfalls instead of just one. Making sure appliances being worked on are properly functioning and safe to use for customer. The customer should not be telling or begging technicians to perform safety checks on appliances.
