"Ryan and his crew were great -- upbeat, organized, good communicators, punctual, careful.   

Initial contact:  Ryan answered the phone right away, we got a tentative plan, and then went through logistics via text once we had an initial plan.  Pricing and expectations were set up well, and Ryan answered my questions fully and respectfully. 

Arrival:  They all arrived on time on a Saturday morning, even though I'm in a town 45 minutes away.  

Move:  The piano move was tricky because of the weight of this particular piano, and particular challenges of getting it down a long flight of outside stairs and around a narrow turn.   Their experience showed:  They knew what they were doing, communicated with each other, and confirmed everyone's plan and safety with each step down the stairs.  No rash decisions. 

The move into the next place was similarly well executed. 

We also added on a few appliances, and they were quick and careful with those.  

Attitude:  The whole crew was positive and cheerful, respectful, and willing to listen and hear our concerns.
