"I hired Chris to install a portable 5000 BTU Air Conditioner in the horizontal sliding window in a trailer. This job required Chris to also create a plywood panel to fill the gap left above the air conditioner. Most portable AC units are made for vertical windows, so to install this unit required Chris to customize to fit.  He did the job perfectly, was professional, on time, and charged only $90 for two hours of work. This AC unit was a gift to a friend, and I live far away from the job site. My friend in Folsom, California is going through 100 degree temperatures and was thrilled with Chris' work, calling him as nice as Santa Claus, and she is now enjoying cool air inside her trailer. "JC was wonderful, knowing that we were under the gun to get the repair done quickly, he was able to make time and did a beautiful job repairing our kitchen pipe and surrounding wall and cabinets. He gave us a list of things that we could do and/or purchase in advance to limit his time so that our cost was reduced. JC was honest and very flexible. JC was also very pleasant to work with, and although he doesn't list it, he is very good with little children who are interested in watching him work. In addition, he was very willing to answer a few odds and ends questions I had about other issues I had with the house. I would work with JC again any day."

Matt came out and diagnosed the problem (a couple of the wheels under the door were not turning - maybe the result of dog/cat hair jamming the wheels?).
