"Bathworks did an amazing job installing a new walk in shower in our primary bathroom and replacement shower in our guest bathroom. The installers were very professional, fast and took care to keep our home clean! Bathworks representatives were in communication with us throughout the process."

"I needed this shower due to disability. I totally LOVE my shower. Took 2 guys about 8 hours. They cleaned the area and were gone. Amazing. Even the salesperson Randy, was amazing and helpful There are many companies out there but I think I chose the right one."

"We used the Bath Planet side of Home Pro of West Michigan to do a bath to shower conversion in our master bathroom and a bathroom in our lower level. The process began in Nov 2021 and finished in March 2022. The actual remodel only took a few days, but the waiting period for parts from the Bath Planet supplier/manufacturer was the delay. The material and workmanship of the install was top notch. Any issue pointed out was quickly addressed to our satisfaction. The crew always showed up on time, laid down tarps to maintain cleanliness in our home, worked non-stop, and left a clean workspace at the end of the day. The installation manager, Collin, was always on top of things and communication was easy and pleasant. Members of the install crew were polite at all times. They didn't treat us like idiots and always answered any questions related to the project. Their goal was to ensure happy clients. Some may consider the remodel somewhat on the pricey side, but as with anything, you get what you pay for. This review is only related to Home Pro of West Michigan, and not an endorsement of any other Bath Planet franchise."

"Chris and Burt were wonderful to work with. The new bathroom is beautiful. Chris took on extra things just to be nice and help an old lady. Chris was easy to work with and even when he encountered some pretty awful things he worked thru it. Only negative thing I can say is make sure what you want is in the contract. They only do what is on the contract. Thanks to these great young men. I appreciated all they did. Very pleased with the outcome."

"So far, so good (we'll get final confirmation next January & February when lots of ice forms on the roof) but it seems likely to be fixed; one of the corrections was to install a new roof vent material to replace the previous less reliable stuff, then replace the roof shingles over where the vent is.

FAQs for shower installation and replacement projects in Eureka, MI

You should regrout tile every 10 to 15 years, provided it is well-maintained with regular cleaning and sealing. Over time, grout can deteriorate due to exposure to moisture, foot traffic, and the use of cleaning agents. If you start to see cracks, discoloration, crumbling grout, or loose tiles, it’s a sign that regrouting is needed sooner.

The most effective way to clean grout involves a combination of powerful cleaning agents and the right tools. Using a dedicated grout brush intensifies the cleaning process, ensuring a deep clean. Create a powerful homemade solution by mixing baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, and dish soap to break down deeply embedded dirt. After cleaning, reseal the grout to lock in protection and maintain its appearance.

You can't regrout tile without removing the existing grout and expect good, long-lasting results. You must replace the old grout when it begins to crumble and fail. New grout cannot properly adhere to existing grout, meaning moisture will still reach the damaged layer and cause additional water damage, which will be more costly to deal with in the long run.

Visible indicators, such as cracks, stains, chipping, and mold growth, signal that your grout is compromised and no longer maintains its bonding strength. If you notice these issues, cleaning alone won't restore the grout's integrity. In such cases, consider complete or partial regrouting to preserve your surfaces and prevent further damage.
