"Absolute best. I had three bids. One was way over the top. The other bid was slightly lower than the one from Maplewood Plumbing, but they stopped responding to my questions after I asked them two times. I understand that if it was just a $200 job, then it would not be worth the time, but $2,500 was no chump change. Couldn't I ask just a couple more questions to make sure I knew what I was getting into? Maplewood plumbing was different, from start to finish. They even came out a second time to take a closer look to reassure me on what needed to be moved or removed first in order to start their work. I doubt many companies would want to do that. The plumbers working on the job were happy to answer questions as well. There was a small drip in the water supply line/shutoff valve area of the toilet after they were done with the job, They fixed it after a call. Some companies just leave these loose ends unfixed, but they didn't. The office staff was also responsive and professional. All in all, they were such a pleasure to work with. Will definitely hire them for future plumbing needs."

"It started off bad because I had the water heater installed, submitted my paperwork for my rebate for the installation and then my rebate ended up not getting honored because the water heater that was installed didn't qualify for Spire's rebate. Turn's out that the water heater that would fit my location as well as satisfy Spire's rebate, I would have had to wait 5 to 6 weeks for that specific water heater so, the owner of Hosack's Plumbing cut me a check for the amount of the rebate and the amount over time that the new water heater would have saved me. Not the perfect situation but, that was a win win for me as well as Hosack's Plumbing because a good water heater was installed just not one that would quite fit the Spire requirements for the rebate! Hence we didn't need to take a brand new water heater out and replace it with another water heater that was just .05 UEF Higher!"

"Garrett Korn was my installer from Mr. Rooter. I was informed prior to his arrival that he was on his way and he arrived shortly after 8:00 for an 8 - 10 AM window. He quickly analyzed our plumbing problem, gave us a quote right away (which I agreed to) and then left to get all the parts he needed. He was only gone for a short period of time, did all the work, and was totally completed before 10:00 AM. The quality of the work was very good and now we are up and running again. "I called Mr. Rooter because I had called another Plumbing company to come out the night before and they were a no show.  They were extremely friendly over the phone.  I called at approx 8AM and said they'd be able to come out by 11AM.  They called at about 9:30 to say someone was available to come out now and I said that was perfect.  They arrived at 10AM.

Jason was the plumber who arrived and he was very very friendly and professional.  I told him the problem and we discussed pricing up front.  I had a coupon which he said they would definitely honor.  He immediately got to work.  He wore footies over his shoes while in the house.  He worked diligently and answered all of my questions.  After about an hour and being certain the line was clear he cleaned up, we took care of payment which was exactly what was discussed beforehand, and he was on his way.

A very pleasant and hassle free experience.  I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for the Franklin County area again for any plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work.

"Nick G. Is professional, punctual and friendly. I had a leak coming from the kitchen sink and draining to my basement. This leak would have rotted the floor and caused considerable damage. Upon discovering this , I contacted my son, Clint Ehman, an electrician for Hoffman, to get a referral . Nick G. came out today, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Nick fixed the problem and made my day so much better. The cost was fair and the work he did is exceptional. A shout out to a job well done. We will recommend Nick G. to family and friends."
