Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat. They walked us through the most energy efficient option for our home. They came out early today and installed the new unit! Talk about SERVICE! WOW! The unit was installed in under 4 hours and my house began cooling instantly. WHAT a difference this unit makes and we are super impressed with how quite it is. We are THRILLED! "/C This company was highly professional. I am in a different city than the house that needed work so everything was done by phone. I called them on Friday about a problem with my air ducts and they told me it would be Monday before they could get out there.  I didn't hear back from them Monday during the day so I called the on call guy and he took my information. He called me back within the hour to let me know that someone had gone out and had tried to get back with me but they had the wrong phone number.  Anyway, I contracted to have everything done that was recommended and also asked to have my other A/C unit and the ducts cleaned. They performed the work two days later.  I was given a very reasonable price and was quite please with the technicians.
