"Installed 2/2020. Did not level floor as they recommend against. Flooring is showing excessive where after only 14 months. Dents easily even with furniture pads. Would not cover repairs under warranty and would not stand by their install and make any corrections. Added me to a Customer Ban list after only polite follow ups and asking for solutions. Lost a customer over a few hundred dollars worth of likely repairs. Wouldn’t recommend to others as they don’t stand by their work or help when things don’t go as planned."
