On 8/25/2025, a technician, Josh Keith responded to our call and replaced some malfunctioning shower caulking at no charge. He was on time, performed an excellent replacement job in less-than an hour, and stated it was within warranty. "We just recently purchased this home (within 10 months). Over time we have come to find out that there have been many corners cut and major repairs needed. J.L. Wright Plumbing came to our rescue! They were quick, professional and overall reasonably priced. We would definitely hire again. I gave 4 stars for quality, as once they were finished and left- I heard this overwhelming flow of water under the house. I went to turn off at the water heater and it did nothing (meaning busted pipe under). I ran out and shut off the main valve (after trying to get it flush to turn....)- after which at least 75 gallons of water had been disbursed under the home (watched meter- costing us more money in water bill and time of return). I called JL and they came right back and fixed everything correctly. Excellent communication and the (Office Manager?) woman I spoke with was very polite, professional and overall very helpful! "I needed bed disassembled, new bed assembled and old bed hauled away. Ancient Path and Micah called right away after project submitted in Angi. He asked a number of questions to get project details. The other suggested handymen by Angi never called. I probably should have called the other suggested handymen for more quotes. However decided Micah's quote was mostly reasonable and decided continue with them. Arrived on time. Micah and Paul quickly disassembled the old bed and removed it. Took a bit longer to assemble the new bed, but certainly way faster then I could have done it. Quiet and quick work overall. Both were professionals in appearance and their work."

The posses a great sense of humor, sharing family stories, work stories while sawing, hammering and staying focus on their work. When I had questions about the pluming, they were quick to show me and explain to me what a "P" trap was and how it worked 
The workers laid the tile out in the design I suggested to let me see what it would look like before the final process.
