"Excellent work from a dependable, honest plumber!"

"I received the call back soon after I input my information into Angie. The conversation was honest and very professional. A tech was at my location within hours, located the problem and the water was back on. My tenants had been without water for over a week because of the effects of the hurricane. I let everyone know how efficient Southern plumbing is and I would recommend them to everyone."

"Half of my project was installing and burying a drainage line to pull water away from my home. Brandon, Sergio, and Terrence did an exceptional job! From the moment they arrived, until completion, they were very courteous and willing to explain any and all questions I had. They even installed and buried an additional drain line from my gutter downspout next to the drain line they were installing and connected it to the yardwell along with their drain line. I would definitely recommend Mount Valley based on the work and character of each of these guys. They reflect good on this company!"

"I wish that they at least look through a camera to see what was clogging the drain. The team was nice, polite, and clean. But, the cost was a bit too much for just running the snake through the pipe, and not knowing the root cause of the problem. They need a camera!"

"We truly enjoyed our experience with Crawlspace Medic and would highly recommend them to everyone.  Columbia has has many periods of intense rain in the past couple of years, and we were tired of having most of it come into our house.  Working with Jon and Evan was very easy.  Our only regret was that we tried fixing it ourselves too many times and should have called them sooner.  At our recent annual home termite checkup, the inspector said that it was one of the best looking drains that he's ever seen.  That is a testament to the work done by Paul & Russell.  I can honestly say that we can sleep easier because of the work that Crawlspace Medic did at our house...especially when it's raining!"

"Prompt service. Very courteous. No mess installation of new water heater. Very satisfied. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Prices were reasonable and competitive."

"The plumbers did a great job and we’re very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional."

"The job was completed in a timely and professional manner. I would use Powell Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs I may have. I would highly recommend."

"On time. On budget. We had an interesting conversation over their contract but the owner worked with me to come to an equitable modification we could both live with. There was a part of the work bracing joist that was cut out for the toilet drainpipe that was not done correctly. Once I reported it, I was told I was correct and that they would have someone back to fix it correctly. All that happened as they said it would. No big job ever goes perfectly. These folks stood by their sales pitch and took care of everything very professionally"

"Showed up to give estimate at the time he said he would.
Gave a reasonable estimate lower than the other bidder.
Installed it when he said he would, and showed us informative details that will help in its maintenance.
He was considerate and trustworthy.
