"J. Sitko Construction did an excellent job on my porch. It was a pleasure to work with these folks. Mike is very responsive and my job was done quickly and efficiently. He kept me up to date on the progress which moved fast. Jack is polite and extremely good at his work. I have received a number of positive compliments about the quality of J. Sitko's work. They worked well with the City of Chicago to build my porch to code. Their price was competitive and their work was exceptional. I highly recommended J. Sitko Construction."

"New concrete and small deck"

"I asked DAL to do some repairs on our back deck, but after a conversation, he thought we wouldn't be given a permit and instead suggested that we may need a replacement. I sent Tim some pictures to take a look at our deck, and he gave us some great tips (without charge) on what we could do ourselves to make some quick repairs until we're ready to install a new deck. He was great all around. When we're ready, I look forward to hiring DAL to build our new back deck."

"I had a small job and trouble finding professional help for my small job replacing the shingles on the roof of my wood garden shed -- 12x6 size. Once I removed the tools inside to prepare for their work, I realized I also needed the floor replaced. They completed both jobs within a few hours; they cleaned up afterwards, I am now prepared for keeping my lawnmower and other tools dry and ready for next season. They were a pleasure to work with. Their price was fair."

"This was an extensive replacement of a rear porch and garage deck that required replacement of house siding, side fence, and essentially all but the inner frame of a 2 car garage. The work was conducted will full city inspection at several key stages of build. The impressive aspects of the job were the multiple components and the flexibility of Smart Houses to modify and adapt the design parameters as obstacles were encountered and to add on small extra components that arose during the job. Communication was good and cost creep was within expectations for a 150 year old house."

"About a month ago, we had them patch up the old fence around our back yard. Then, just last week, they put back up a section of fence blown down by a recent wind. Though, because of the volume of such repair jobs, they made the repair later than scheduled, they did the job at no cost! They were incredibly generous! They won us over completely, and we'll use them again when we replace the entire fence."

"FB Construction did a fantastic job on our kitchen overhaul. They responded quickly, provided design ideas and recommended best options. We made selections and they coordinated all the purchases (cabinets, cabinets & hardware, plumbing, appliances, and countertops) and deliveries in the most efficient manner. This minimized our time involved and the total time of the actual remodel. Very professional, educational, communication and updates were prompt and the end result is better than what I expected on our project budget."

"We did a complete home renovation with a 4 story addition on the house and Robert and his team were with it all the way through. Workmanship was excellent. They did so much more than framing."

"Fast and friendly service! The work on my garage was done in one day! I’m very happy with All Pro Remodeling!"

"They built a deck on my home and they did a beautiful job. I would recommend this company"
