"I received a call right away and discussed the issue we were having with our transom window above the shower door. I was asked to take pictures, which I sent over via email. A date was set up promptly and two workers came over to readjust and tighten the transom. This is heavy half inch glass and must be handled by pros. I also gad a new handle put in b/c the original had sharp edges. The workers were friendly, professional and got the work done within an hour.
