"I got quotes from 4 roofers. Most and least expensive were automatically removed. What set Berg ahead of the other vendor was the no nonsense approach. This is what we offer and theis is the price. No sugar coat or dance. Also, the price and product was a factor too. They came out and stripped the house and garage to the wood. Replaced some of the wood, installed the ridge vent and new shingles in a day. They have a dumpster trailer on wheels, so there was no damage to lawn or driveway. It’s been a few weeks and I think I’ve picked up 4 nails and 1 piece of roofing felt. No complaints with that, compared to what came off. Overall, they said what they did and did what they said. I’ll be calling them for a quote on siding in the future. Very happy overall."

"Robert was a pleasure to work with and gave me a great deal compared to two other competitors. His team did a great job too, against adversity, and finished the job in just two days as promised. First, they discovered that my sheathing was rotting due to high moisture and poor ventilation in the attic of my 26yr old home. They successfully replaced 55 sheets of 1/2" plywood, without hesitation, after my approval, to keep the job on track. Better even yet, they resolved the sources of the moisture and lack of ventilation to ensure that it doesn't happen again. Second, at the start of the 2nd day, their ladder hoist broke down, which I expected to halt work (not getting heavy packages of shingles to the roof). But, instead of a delay, the team members just carried them up the ladder manually to get the job done on time. You don't see that kind of commitment very often in this new world order. "Jake Krygier, Scott Nettesheim and their roofing and gutter crews completed a professional job on our home. Of all the firms we interviewed, Infinity Exteriors was the best at being the most thorough during the quoting process, going over all details without requiring that they first be awarded the job or be given any sign that they are a finalist. After they quoted the job, they were responsive to every follow up question. During the quoting process, Jake did an excellent job identifying, on his own, special roof and gutter design issues with our home, the kind of detail that the other firms did not notice. He also came up with a creative solution to a known roof issue. At the first meeting at our home, Jake brought roof and gutter materials for my wife and I to review and select, something else that none of the other firms did. As the job date approach this Spring, Scott was accommodating regarding the COVID 19 crisis, respecting our concerns about their crew and our family keeping safe and healthy. As the job progressed, the roofing crew, led by Enrique, was respectful about our concerns about keeping the landscaping undamaged. The gutter crew was also professional. Our gutter system has three issues related to the design of our home. The crew identified two of those issues on their own, brought them to our attention, and developed practical solutions. My wife and I were quite worried that our home would not look the same with asphalt shingles, as our home was built with cedar shake. Jake helped us select an affordable asphalt shingle that he felt could offer a look as special as what we had with cedar shake. To our surprise, once the roof was done, we realized that the choice of asphalt shingle has resulted in a curb appeal that is actually better than what the cedar shake created. Bottom line. We could not be more pleased with our investment in a new roof, as a result of the excellent work of Infinity Exteriors."

"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"Had a leaky back porch roof that had been done in old fashion (nails) and bad masonry, and resulted in leaking that caused holes drywall to cave in section of porch roof. Called several roofers over months; they were either unable to do the job, charged excessive rates or unresponsive. Second City responded, provided a competitive quote quickly and (after some scheduling issues due to weather) completed the job as planned. They were respectful, answered questions and addressed concerns. No leaks in new roof (I know b/c we haven't fixed drywall yet). Also referred an AC guy who did good work as well - would use again."
