"The car arrived in pristine condition and on time. The driver was professional and friendly. My only concern was lack of communication once the car left the dealership. The dealership called me to tell me the car was picked up and then I heard nothing until a knock on the door from the driver of the transport truck. Since the car arrived within 24 hours of leaving MD, the communication part wasn't a big deal. On a longer cross country trip that would have been a concern. "Reviewed a few spots with tech and had the leaking spot replaced.  Not much to report except that Ron did a great job.  I will also be replacing a few fasteners soon where there are other rub spots I want to prevent from getting worse.  This part of the pipe went mostly due to a major dent it received a long time back.  I was able to get on the schedule next business day as it was a slow leak I wanted to do soon but not as an emergency.  Main fees $75 diag & $81 repair. <br />"
