"Brian did a fantastic job!  He has very good ideas and it is obvious that finished carpentry is his strength.  As previously mentioned, we wanted built in bookcases as well as a window seat.  He proposed wainscoting to add some depth to the window seat and did a wonderful job of designing and building the bookcases.  The thing that impressed me the most was the custom oak ladder he built - he built it in my garage.  This is something that you would normally have to pay (a lot more money) to have built in a workshop.  I am amazed at the detail on the ladder (including hand-grips for safety).  I have had him back several times since then to do work on our deck, bedroom (built a custom walk-in closet) as well as both fireplaces (he tore down two old fireplace mantels and built new ones).  I would definitely use again!"

"Any construction can be stressful, but with Liam and his team I was in good hands. I had some upgrades to one bathroom and a tub to shower conversion in the master bathroom. Liam was clearly very knowledgeable, and his workmanship in both bathrooms was impeccable. He answered all my questions, had great suggestions and was very responsive whenever I needed to contact him. Pedro arrived on time as discussed to review the area to be worked on, he took notes and pictures using his iPhone.

After the initial meeting we corresponded via text, email an occasional phone call to discuss pricing and timing.  A formal quote was provided breaking down each section of the project to be worked on and the associated cost.

Pedro arrived with his crew the in the morning of the agreed upon date.  The work was completed in the agreed upon time frame.
