I found JC Appliance Services on Angi and was impressed by the reviews. Jeremy responded to my voicemail within minutes and carved out time the sane day to look at my dryer. He diagnosed the issue quickly (blown fuse within the dryer) and repaired it quickly...at a price less than half of what the other service quoted. I recommend Jeremy highly. "Thermador gave me three appliance service companies to call.  Appliance Service Station was the most professional.  I made the appointment then later got a call from them that they would be unable to obtain the part needed.  They then told me how to make an appointment with Bosch factory service, which is the same company as Thermador, since they'd have the part.  Unfortunately it is a long wait for the appointment with Bosch.  Anyhow, Appliance Service Station was very proactive in helping me even though it did not result in a service trip for them. <br />"

"I called on Friday and spoke to the owner. He came out on Saturday afternoon. He diagnosed the problem in about 10 mins and said he would buy a new machine because of the cost of the repair. However, I needed the machine right away did not time to go shopping. So he fixed it. I think he replaced the clutch or transmission, not sure. It took about 2 hours. The cost was $350 including parts. The next time I need appliance repair appliance I will call him first. They are local, so you're not dealing with an 800 service on the other side of the world."

He ordered the part and returned two days later to install new parts. Boris was cordial and professional in his work. I offered to pay him for his first day of diagnosis but he told me he would collect after the job was completed. I will use him in the future for all appliance repairs.
