I searched around and picked Insulation Co. Estimation without inspection seemed weird at first, but it made totally sense since the foundation layout is all there in the files. Jo had always been responsive, detailed and nice whenever I had questions. Scheduling was easy and Rafael and the team did a great and efficient job onsite. 2 months after the installation, we noticed that there was still standing water and they came back to install more pipes and gravels. We really appreciate the effort."

"Donnie came all the way to Kent late. We had a water line break that flooded out front yard and our crawl spaces. Our sump pump had quit working. He gave us a quote well under others and they were here the next day. They ran into several other issues as well. "Harts corrected the location of the crawlspace sump pump discharge line to the location in the foundation which I originally wanted it to be located. However, we did not hear the sump pump operate under the floor when first installed. When the Harts crew changed the location of the pump discharge line, we can now hear the pump very distinctly when it operates, under the floor. I am requesting that Harts come back and listen to see if it is normal for the sump pump to make this much noise."

"We did use Roto-Rooter and they did a very good job.  There was one minor thing that was found out afterwards and they came right out and fixed it.  They were early.  It took about a half hour to complete the work.  There was one worker that came to do the work.  He found a couple of things, he had to replace a piece, then he found a couple of thing.  Then he went ahead and fixed them without charging.  He took another look at the plumbing there and gave us some sort of free advice on where things might need to be done or whatever.  I would tell others that they do very good work and the pricing is less than some of the other places and they don't try to up charge you."

"I hired Mad Pipers to replace a worn out pressure reducing valve and replace an old shutoff gate valve with a ball valve. I had received quotes from two other companies that were higher, but did not seem to have any advantage over Mad Pipers. I had also received a lower quote from another company, but they seemed a little sketchy. Mad Pipers was the most thorough about assessing the job, and completed the job quickly and expertly, without leaving a mess. The service team was friendly and efficient."

"Milo was very friendly and accommodating. I hired him to do annual maintenance on my tankless water system as well as flush it out. He discovered that the pump run constantly and that shouldn’t be happening. The result is my house is always 80° if I keep it plugged in so I always keep it unplugged. He diagnosed that the pump needs to be replaced but wasn’t absolutely positive if that would solve my heating problem. He’s supposed to be getting me a bid on replacing the pump, but I haven’t heard back from him. I would probably hire him again."

"We had a damp crawlspace. John's installed drainage with sump pumps (lead and backup with battery backup power) and encapsulated the dirt with 20 mil plastic. They also installed PU foam around the perimeter foundation walls to complete the insulation envelope of the house and a dehumidifier top keep the crawlspace area dry. In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality. The work was done in four days and at considerably less cost than a competing contractor bid to do it. Another person that we had inspecting house later looked at the crawlspace and commented, "Wow! You could do brain surgery down here." We actually wouldn't recommend that though ;)"
