"I contacted Primary Electric Power because I was having some very bizarre and puzzling problems with my electrical system. Certain lights and fixtures would fail for no apparent reason, then occasionally flicker back on momentarily. "ADT is a great company. I’ve had Security with them for decades and now they are my SOLAR provider too. The entire process from beginning to end was amazing. GRACIE did a phenomenal job of educating me about going solar with my home. She was honest, straightforward, and professional. She REALLY knows her business, and she went out of her way to save me the maximum amount of money possible. I had no idea that there was NO down payment, and that getting the "offset" (number of panels) I needed for my home would negate my monthly electric bill payments. No more electric company payments for me, and no more concern about inflation either. My payments are fixed until I decide to pay it off. I loved that. After closing with Gracie, the process was so transparent and informative, and I was kept in the loop weekly as to permits etc. When it was time for the installation, ADT sent an entire team of ADT employees to conduct the installation. "I had a delightful experience with this company. I bought the wood from them and they also did the installation. Very pleased with the bundle and the price I got. They gave me several choices to choose from, and I ended up selecting an oak flooring, very thick, gorgeous wood. Price was reasonable and like I said, they gave us a discount for doing the installation with them as well. Their work is very professional. The employees are constantly working and making sure they advance the work. Hector was always supervising and calling me to see if I was satisfied with the floor. I also liked the fact that they are fast, they only took around 10 days to install the entire house. I stayed in the property all the time and I can say they are clean and organize, so you won't have a problem with this. However, keep in mind it's a remodeling project, so you will have some dirt, but nothing you cannot deal with. I also bought the baseboards because the old ones did not make justice to the new floor; I highly recommend to get new baseboards if you are putting new floors. I am very happy with my wood floors and I would recommend Martinez without a hesitating to do hardwood floors."
