"5280 Hone Improvements is amazing! They rebuilt our deck in Oct. 2023 and the experience was wonderful. Bob is honest, reliable, and responsive. Reasonable prices as well. Locally owned and operated is a major plus!!! Would hire over and over for not only decks, but for fencing and bathroom remodels too."

"Daniel and the team were professional, considerate, honest and timely with their work. We had over 5 bids for our project which was a large investment and went through a long vetting process. Daniel answered all my questions honestly and provided a consultative approach to the project. We had a concrete pour and a deck rebuild D&D could do both, most contractors could only do the deck and said we needed to outsource the concrete elsewhere. The deck project was done in two weeks and the outcome was better than what I had imagined. The team was very clean and picked up all remnants of the materials, I highly recommend D&D for any deck or patio repair, rebuild, or new build. They are honest and hard working, will definitely give a referral or use for any future projects on our house. Glad I found this team. "We worked with Cedric and his team to uplift our outdoor landscaping. Cedric was incredibly organized, with wonderful vision and experience. We met several times to discuss our vision for the project, what was feasible, what was affordable, what needed to be modified over the course of the project. Cedric's team was very professional. Cedric's decades of experience provided that every detail or possible hiccup was thought of ahead of time and accounted for. Everything was seamless, which was really valuable. Communication and expectations were impeccable."

"Peppers Landesign was amazing on multiple projects on multiple of my properties. I would highly recommend for any jobs outside your house. Very high level of detail and care used on various projects. I have used them for a modern fence, replacement of concrete sidewalk and stairs. New sprinkler system, sod and a retaining wall. It’s so nice working with Gabriel Peppers, he is reliable, fair priced and great at communicating throughout the whole process. His expertise was valuable as he was able to make polite recommendations which was super helpful in avoiding issues I had not foreseen. I will be using them again and again for future projects. All work they did came out better than I had expected or hoped for. They were even respectful of dozens of plants where our fence was going in, I expected them to all be trampled but none were!! Highly recommend them."

"10/10 experience! Our sales manager Jaden was extremely helpful, working within our budget and giving us a heads-up on sales to save us money—zero high-pressure tactics. Josh (Construction Manager) and Noe’s crew are unbelievable. They worked incredibly fast and hard, even through heavy rain, with positive attitudes the entire time. Before this, we practically had a river flowing through our yard during heavy rain that was washing out our neighbors' landscaping too. Because it rained during installation, Josh and Noe were able to troubleshoot in real time, installing grading, French drains, and box drains that work flawlessly. They completely solved our severe runoff issues and turned our space into a safe, functional, and stunning backyard for our two young daughters. The full transformation from demo to finish took only 9 days. Highly recommend working with Josh, Noe, and the whole team!"

"Luke, Bryan, and Ryan are all wonderful, hardworking, friendly, service oriented, and trustworthy. By trustworthy, I not only mean that you can leave your house unlocked and trust them with the contents of your home while you are away, I mean that they will work on schedule to get the job done and deliver the results they promise. Our fence looks great and we plan to hire them for any future needs around the house."

"We had a 35 year old solarium in great need of repair. The project was complex and difficult, but Wayne had the skills and expertise to replace six large windows and rebuild the solarium. It was a challenging project, and Wayne did an exceptional job. Our "new" solarium adds greatly to the value of our house. Wayne knows windows and doors and he gets five stars from us! Mary Ross"

"Hank is a Master Craftsman no-nonsense- gets the job done efficiently and professionally. The finished new deck went beyond my expectation, and I am thrilled."

"Our original siding was 34 years old. They stripped it off in a few hours and replaced it with perfectly installed James Hardie fiber cement siding and trim. We now have a brand new house! Ernest and everyone we had contact with from GS were very patient, service oriented, and concerned for our satisfaction. We would recommend them unconditionally."

"Israel did a fantastic job on restructuring and replacing our steep flagstone north stairway. He tore out and rebuilt front patio and pathways. He and his crew were most professional and cleaned up total areas completely. Highly recommend his work!"
