"My project started with a water leak that destroyed a portion of my existing oak flooring. I needed someone that could remove the damaged flooring quickly and get the underlying subfloor dried out before more damage occurred. Luke responded to my request very quickly. Although he could not physically get to my problem immediately he knew someone who could and arranged for that person to perform the tear out the next day! The person who did the demo was amazingly quick. I was relieved, and Luke came a few days later to estimate the job of replacing and refinishing the flooring. I was impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm and he quickly provided an estimate. I took out a useless wall which expanded the amount of oak flooring, a few days before the scheduled work. Luke took it in stride and picked up the addition flooring then tied into the existing so well that it looks like it was originally built that way. We wanted a nontraditional finish that was durable and had a unique look. Luke custom mixed finish colors and came up with several that we liked. The floor is beautiful and we get lots of complements on it."

"Kelly and Bill provided outstanding customer service to my daughter and me. From answering all our questions to providing additional estimates so we could make a decision. The workers installed vinyl plank flooring and carpet in 1.5 days and our choices from Foors N 24 were reasonably priced and beautiful. Very happy with their service as we had 4 other companies provide estimates and we went with Floors N 24."

"Martin and his crew were awesome. We hired them to install subfloors and vinyl flooring .I was absolutely wowed by the end result. I would hired these guys again in a heartbeat."

"Ended up splitting the job. After confirming that it would all work out as planned, the installers arrived to disagree with the approach for materials in the space. Additional room is scheduled, but still not completed."

"Luke and Steve did a great job for me and I highly recommend this company. The job involved mounting a new television and setting up all of the accompanying A/V equipment. Not only did they handle the installation for me, but Luke helped me pick out most of the components by providing smart and logical recommendations of what to buy. He and his team were very professional, the price was right, they delivered on everything they promised, and the finished product, works, looks and sounds fantastic!"

"Although this business does not service the part of Colorado we live in, he was willing to give me some pointers on refinishing hardwood floors in the event we decide to do it ourselves. He was very helpful with the phone consultation ."

"Friendly, professional, courteous, and considerate, not only of flooring, but of my home and possessions. Great attention to detail. They were on time got right to work and got the job done sooner than expected. There were some tricky aspects to this job, they came up with creative solutions that hopefully will stand up overtime. They did offer to come back if anything goes wonky, which means a lot. Great attitude. seem to enjoy what they are doing, which is a great energy to have around."

"The scheduler did not tell me I had to furnish materials, so wrapping porch columns in vinyl could not be done. I assumed quoted price included materials. It did not. The workman who did the other jobs (repairing stairs, cutting off a door, fixing an ill hanging door and repairing two cabinet hinges) did a good job. However the scheduler corrected the price and quoted $1257 for the work accomplished, which only took 6 hours. That is over $200 an hour. Happy with the work, unhappy with the price."

"Dillan with Larry’s legacy land works did a phenomenal job installing our kitchen floor ! Great attention to detail"
