"These are different times with the virus. Because of my age I have to be careful. And so it's important to say that DMC followed all protocols without prompting, with masking, social distancing, and was even careful to contact no surfaces unnecessarily, and so was very professional and courteous with these not-so-pleasant issues. But to back up a bit, knowledgeable diagnosis of the problem began with the initial phone call. Experience counts, and the diagnosis was confirmed quickly upon arrival. Tests were done in front of me, and the problem explained clearly. I had called in early morning, and was scheduled in, despite three other jobs planned for Les (the tech) ahead of mine. He arrived in the first fifteen minutes of his predicted time-window, and his work, despite challenges described below, was as efficient as his predicted arrival, The job was complicated first by the furnace not being installed in its most conventional and accessible way, and second, even though he would have made the replacement with a universal motor to save cost, the particular furnace required its specific part only. This said, he knew exactly where the nearest distributor was, and retrieved the necessary replacement quickly. Despite the difficulty of the disassemble/installation and having to retrieve and use only the specific replacement, his price point was well within researched averages, This was a great comfort, and another reason to leave this highest possible review for a top-flight service company. Based on such, DMC will be the first company I call for any further a/c or heating concerns. Thanks!"

"I bought a dishwasher at Home Depot to be installed, They came out  and said they couldn't do it because I didn't have a shut off valve and one needed to be installed be for they could do the job.  I called ProServe told them what I needed. Tech came out, said I didn't need a shut off valve, the one in the laundry would be fine. "Technician Jacob came out to the house to perform a furnace tune-up. We had been having some issues with short cycling and it turned out to be a dirty/corroded flame sensor. Jacob was extremely professional and courteous, conducted a very thorough tune-up, and took the time to answer our questions. Upfront pricing with no surprises and no attempts at upselling. We purchased the $199 special for the furnace tune-up and, later this Spring, A/C tune-up. Trip charges were included in the $199. I felt we received good value for the money and would recommend this company, and specifically Jacob, to others looking for HVAC services."

"We are very satisfied with all aspects of the project. We had some severe damages from the massive hail storm on July 28th. By the time we signed a contract with Wyndhill, almost three weeks had passed after the storm and the entire neighborhood was loaded with roofing signs from other companies. Ours roof and gutters were replaced within a week of signing, and all of the neighbors with a month old yard sign are still waiting to get work done. We were very impressed with the quality of work performed by the crews compared to a company who replaced the roof four years earlier. Everyone from the company performed in a very polite and professional manner. A very good site cleaned up was performed and follow-ups from the office to ensured we were satisfied with the project. We feel we made the right decision to have Wyndhill do the job. We feel confidence that this roof will perform very well. The gutters are first class and better looking than the original.
