My heat pump has not worked one single day since moving into my house, even though the unit was less than a year old, tried telling me that it was my house and not the unit. But then found a leak and I lost all the freon.. 4 of them, in 4 years. It would immediately leak out again and when I would call to tell them that it still wasn't heating or cooling, they would tell me that they fixed it so it must be my imagination. NOW that it's out of warranty they're telling me that there is $3000 worth of work to be done, and if I had just done something about it sooner it would have been covered."

They smoothed and prepped the wall (plaster/lathe/wallpaper - difficult to work with) for me in areas not related to the lighting installation, knowing I’d be painting soon. He showed up when he said he would. He had a tough clog to undo, but persisted until the clog was cleared. He was almost to the road. We're pretty sure that roots have grown into the sewer line, but my water is flowing freely again and I'm super grateful for that. He even cleaned up the area and my floor when he was done.
